Arburg doubling space of facility in Poland

German injection moulding machine maker Arburg is doubling the space for its facility in Poland, with the addition of a technical centre. It recently held a groundbreaking ceremony for its new building, which will house offices, a canteen, spare parts store, training room and a showroom, almost three times the size of the current facility.

The new, representative premises for the subsidiary in Poland will have a useable floor space of 800 sq m, more than doubling it from its current level of 300 sq m. At the heart of the new building will be the 240 sq m showroom, which will offer space for seven Allrounder injection moulding machines.

“The new building represents an important milestone in our company's international presence and above all reflects the importance of the Polish market, on which we have been present for over 20 years,” said Stephan Doehler, Sales Director Europe, in his speech as a representative of the German Arburg headquarters.

The new location also offers easy access for customers, thus further improving customer support.
